Unity Day was est in 1995 at a Hyde Parks Residence Association meeting where police and residences clashed for a positive solution with would become Unity Day.

Unity Day has always tried to included everyone in the community, but sometimes groups get missed out due the fact we have lots people involved every year, so sometimes it might feel like a massive take over.
